In January of 2019 I was training in one of my masterminds about how important it was to build the business you WANT to build and not the business you are FORCED to build.
Those incredible entrepreneurs I was training flipped it back on me and said: "what do you really WANT to build Josh?"
This was a powerful moment for me because I had to de take a step back and ask myself "Am I serving the world the way I want to and that lights me up?"
My response to these wonderful humans might have shocked them slightly because I hadn't ever truly shared my vision of what I thought we could accomplish.
My response was: "Guys, I believe that the world's biggest problems CAN and SHOULD be solved through entrepreneurship, and I want to be the guy who rallies the greatest minds of our generation to wage a war on the world's biggest problems without having to beg for money or start a non-profit."
I don't ever want to see another entrepreneur to fight the battle of growing a business on their own.
